Where We Ship

United Kingdom: All products.

United States & Australia: All products (size/weight limits may apply).

Europe (coming soon): We’re preparing EU shipping; contact us if you need a quote now.

Everywhere else: Please email hello@perkypen.co.uk and we’ll advise.

Dispatch Times

• In-stock products: 24–72 hours (Mon–Sat).
• Personalised orders: 1–5 working days (Mon–Sat).
• Bespoke orders: Typically 1–6 working days; we’ll confirm by email depending on the scope of work.

Peak periods: During events like Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch may take longer. We’ll update on-site where possible.

Daily cut-off: Orders placed after 8:00 pm UK time are processed the next working day.

Next-Day services: Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Mon and Friday only) ship the same day (UK only).

Shipping Services & Estimates (UK)

All timeframes are carrier estimates from the day of dispatch.

• Standard (Royal Mail 1st Class / Large Letter or Small Parcel): 1–3 working days. Not fully trackable in transit; delivery scan only.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days. End-to-end tracking + delivery updates.
• Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Next working day to most UK postcodes. Signature and full tracking.

Notes: Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, may take longer. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

United Kingdom

• Orders £50+ (after discounts): Free Standard shipping (Royal Mail Large Letter/Small Parcel or Tracked 48 at our discretion).
• Orders under £50: Weight-based at checkout (typical guide):

• Standard (Royal Mail): from £1.70 — usually 1–3 working days.
• Tracked 24 (Royal Mail): from £3.85 — usually 1–2 working days with tracking.
• Special Delivery (Next Working Day): from £8.50 — guaranteed service, shown at checkout for eligible items.

United States & Australia

• Standard (small/large items): From £8.95.
• Heavier / multiple items: Weight-based pricing shown at checkout.
• Delivery estimate: 7–15 working days (not including customs processing).

Duties & Taxes (outside the UK): Local customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility. We can’t predict these charges.

Tracking

• Standard 1st Class: Not fully trackable in transit; delivery status may appear after an attempt.
• Tracked 24 / Special Delivery / Couriers: Tracking provided.

Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Personalised & Bespoke Orders — Delivery Options

Production time (before dispatch):

• Personalised: 1–5 working days (Mon–Sat)
• Bespoke: 1–6 working days (Mon–Sat)

We’ll email you as soon as your order is complete and ready to ship.

What’s available at checkout for these items (UK only):

• Standard (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1–3 working days (not fully trackable).
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days, end-to-end tracking (not a guaranteed service).
• Next-Day / Special Delivery for Personalised/Bespoke orders only after the item is made.

Guaranteed by Tomorrow (after completion): Once your Personalised/Bespoke item is completed, only then will we dispatch with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (next working day) to most UK postcodes.

We’ll email you when your order is ready to be dispatched. Shipping will be paid at checkout so please be aware that the item has longer lead time.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email hello@perkypen.co.uk ASAP with your order number.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can’t re-ship for free.

We ship to UK PO Boxes.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

• Delays: Weather, strikes, customs, and peak volume can affect networks.
• Lost (UK): If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimate + 7 days, contact us. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
• Lost (US/International): Please allow the estimate + 14 days before we escalate.
• Damaged: Keep all packaging and email hello@perkypen.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Packaging & Sustainability

We prioritise recyclable and reused packaging where possible. Please recycle or reuse your mailers and boxes.

International Shipping Notes

International services may appear at checkout when available. Delivery times exclude customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees.
