Damaged Goods
In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing hello@perkypen.co.uk, including a picture of the damage.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will provide a full refund.
Unsatisfied with Your Purchase
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and undamaged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@perkypen.co.uk and we will provide return address details.
Shipping Returned Items
To return your product, please email hello@perkypen.co.uk and we will provide return address details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
